Thank you for being patient with us as we navigate the process of closing The Que. As promised, we will gladly refund any outstanding gift cards you may have. We have outlined the process below.

To receive a refund for The Que gift cards:

1. Take a picture or scan the back of the gift card.
2. Email the picture to us at [email protected]
3. Include your full name and mailing address
4. If you do not have access to email, you can mail the original gift card to us at: 3975 E. Harbor Rd, Port Clinton, OH 43452. (We would encourage you to take a picture of the back of your card before you mail it)

Gift Card information must be received to us no later than September 15th, 2025. Anything received to us after this date will not be eligible for a refund. A refund on the balance of your gift card (less a $3 processing fee) will be mailed out in 12-16 weeks.

(please note that Que gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable at any of our sister restaurants)

It is with a mix of profound gratitude and a heavy heart that we announce the closing of The Que. This wasn't an easy decision, and as local residents, it saddens us to say goodbye to a space that has meant so much to us.

For the past four years, we've poured our hearts into bringing you delicious BBQ. And before that, for almost two decades, this very spot was home to Nagoya Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi, where countless memories were made over delicious meals. Through both chapters, you welcomed us, celebrated with us, and became a part of our extended family. Every laugh, every shared dish, every familiar face walking through our doors—these are the moments we will carry with us forever. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your unwavering support and for making these restaurants a vibrant part of our town for so many years.

As one chapter closes, our commitment to this community and to sharing good food continues. More than anything, we look forward to sharing more meals and memories with you at our sister restaurants…Ciao Bella, Nagoya Express, and The Sushi Room. We will continue to pour our hearts into every dish crafted in those kitchens, and we would genuinely cherish the opportunity to welcome your familiar, friendly faces there.

Thank you again for everything. It's been an absolute privilege to serve you!!!
