chef aldo is back in the kitchen from puglia, italy, who has over 40 years culinary experience having cooked all over the world including europe, the united states, south america & of course, italy. chef aldo has served as executive chef at cipriani in nyc & the former executive chef for the italian embassy in washington d.c., the legendary cipriani in nyc & several other well-known, high-end restaurants, throughout the world. you want good italian food, go somewhere else, you want great italian food come to piccolo!
