I wipe down my counters, stove and mixing area with microfiber cloths and appropriate cleaners. As always, all utensils and equipment is hand washed and then put in the dishwasher. For cakes disposable cake pans are used. All the products used to create your cake have the GF symbol on them. But I can not guarantee there is not a spec of white flour somewhere. Please understand that I am a cottage/

home baker so I can not guarantee that the cake will be 100% gluten free. If you decide to order a Gluten Free cake this statement will be sent to you via text or email requesting an acknowledgement and returned to me before I start to bake you cake. Thank you.
