I have an abundance of lemon balm growing.
It makes a perfect garnish for the Pasta Al Limone 🍋 🌿

I used to keep track of small things that make business owners giddy.

How many pizza boxes we had bought and folded, how often we needed to buy flour, buying more dough trays to fit more dough balls in.

Last December I posted we had folded our 500th box. I lost track from then to now, but since the last case I bought was within two weeks of the prior case, I think it’s safe to say we’re well over 1000 pizza boxes at this point.

I used to order this big bag of flour about every 8 weeks, but I just recently had to switch my monthly delivery to deliver every 2 weeks.

Having to make a single batch of dough is old news, the batch is always double or triple these days.

Reaching this small milestone of being in business for one year is a great accomplishment, and we couldn’t have done it without your help! We appreciate all of you! Cheers to another great year! 🍻

Last year, on Memorial Day Monday May 26th, we took our first order as a takeout restaurant. Since then we have watched Cody’s business grow. There were days, even weeks, where we questioned is this going to work. With our dedication, and your desire for fresh pizza, pasta, and just overall real food, we have created a community of real food lovers that is continuing to grow.
