Happy Father’s Day to all of the amazing dads on our team! There are so many of them that I can’t give everyone a special shout out but I did want to give one to the OG Ocello Joe Ocello. The man behind the recipes, the traditions, and the dedication. Without him we wouldn’t have the beautiful restaurant we do today. He’s taught me everything I know about the business and so much more outside of it. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without him.
