What a day!

Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by Gather & Feast at the Iron Horse Festival today — whether you bought cookies, bread, blondies, Pentecostal Peanut Brittle, or just stopped to say hello.

You all showed up for us in a BIG way, and we are incredibly grateful. Days like today are a reminder of just how much our community supports small, local businesses.

And thank you to Grow Our Downtown Poplar Bluff for putting together another great Iron Horse Festival. We were proud to be a small part of it.

THRIVE IS BACK. 🌿

You asked. We listened. And after taking a little time to rethink what we wanted Thrive to be, Gather & Feast Thrive is back this week.

Thrive is still built around the same goal: high-protein, macro-conscious meals made with real ingredients and big flavor. But we’re opening the door to a little more variety—traditional composed meals and bowls that make sense for a grab-and-go lunch.

This week’s menu:

🍋 Greek Lemon-Oregano Chicken
Greek-style green beans + roasted zucchini
Est. 390 cal | 55g protein | 14g carbs | 12g fat

🌶️ Honey-Chipotle Chicken
Savory mashed sweet potatoes + roasted broccoli
Est. 450 cal | 55g protein | 32g carbs | 12g fat

🥢 Bulgogi-Inspired Braised Beef Bowl
Seasoned rice + cabbage, broccoli & carrots
Est. 500 cal | 44g protein | 39g carbs | 19g fat

$17 per meal | 3-meal minimum ($51)
Mix and match any of the three.

📍 Tuesday pickup, 4–6 PM at Cornerstone Tabernacle

Chicken Parmesan Stuffed Shells — $48
Creamy Harvest Vegetable Pasta Bake — $42

Entrées
Chicken Fantastic — tender chicken wrapped in ham and baked in a dill cream sauce
Beef Tips & Gravy — slow-simmered beef tips in rich, homestyle brown gravy

Broccoli Cheese Casserole

And for dessert:
Maple Pecan Bread Pudding with Brown Butter Maple Sauce
$7 per piece or $25 per pan

We’re headed to Iron Horse Fall Festival this Saturday! 🍂

Farmers Market season may be wrapped up, but Gather & Feast isn’t disappearing. We’ll be set up at Spot 114, right in front of Bank P.B., with a table full of scratchmade bakery favorites.

We’re bringing yeasted dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, banana breads, zucchini bread, pumpkin loaf, fresh apple cake, Kitchen Sink cookies, chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, Ooey Gooey Butter Cookies, Caramel Apple Blondies, and Pentecostal Peanut Brittle.
