OPENING SOON!!! Mark your calendars, we are opening soon! The Mules Cafe will be back in action September 24 (Thursday) for our first opening to the public. We will not be open September 25, due to school being closed that day.
Please take a moment and look over our new menu. Our students are excited to serve you! Please share with a friend, family, and the rest of our community.

Our class is back in action and gaining skills to better serve our community. These amazing students did a little extra work and made a few carrot cakes with house made cream cheese frosting. We look forward to putting their talents to good use as we stock our bakery case (will be open during cafe hours).
We are hopeful to start serving the public the last week of September!

With school right around the corner I’m already planning for a great year for my class.
CAN YOU HELP?
Looking for flower pots that we can use to paint and grow herbs in.
If you have any extra, old, or new pots you would like to send our way please reach out or drop off at the Mules Cafe.
Looking for 25-30, but would be happy with what you might be able to provide.

Our class had another amazing outing at Lambert's Cafe. We were delighted to tour, learn about, and of course taste the amazing food that brings thousands to the restaurant.
It was a perfect day to catch a roll and learn about one of our most unique restaurants around.
Afterwards, we needed a little rest and relaxation, so we stopped at the park to walk it off.

What an honor to visit the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center and see what daily production looks like in the hospitality industry.

Thank you to Chef Alonzo and all the great staff who shared their passion and job opportunities with our class.

I am incredibly proud of three of our past students who graduated from our program and are currently on staff at the hospital. It was great seeing them being successful in their work environment.

It is great to know staff, visitors, and patients are getting some delicious, fresh, well balanced meals at our local hospital. We were even treated to lunch, and it was great.

We look forward to growing our relationship with the hospital to help place more students in the industry.
