🇺🇸 It’s a BEAUTIFUL day today at the Ellsinore American Legion Park - Brodie Gargac Memorial Field celebrating our great nations 250th Birthday! 🇺🇸

There are tons of activities going on, lots of delicious food trucks and of course we have the shaved ice 🍧 rolling out the window keeping everyone cool!

Fireworks 🎆 tonight so come on down and see all the fun things they have going on! Bounce houses, train, foam party, pie auction, silent auction, live music and MORE! 🎶

💙🤍❤️ We had the absolute BEST time today at the Mid American Bash in Bunker, MO, put on by Bunker Media Productions! Huge thank you to them for including us and allowing us to be a part of the day! Dalton Harper and Hannah Harper were both amazing and the crowd was great all night! We had a line the entire day and actually sold out of a packed full freezer of ice 😳. THANK YOU, Bunker, Mo!

We will be taking a break and will be back Friday night July 10th and Saturday July 11th at Ellsinore American Legion Park - Brodie Gargac Memorial Field for their celebration!

We are set up today at Ellsinore Park for the Ozark Express League baseball games all day today! There’s FOUR games on the schedule today, so plenty of time to grab a COLD shaved ice or lemonade today! We will NOT be at the games next week so better come out today and see us! 😊

We enjoyed last weekend at 2026 Bernie Car Show In The Park, our first time being in Bernie and had a WONDERFUL day there! See some pics below 👇 Thanks for having us for a great event that helps out our Veterans!

This coming week: Friday July 3 we are SO excited to be set up at Bunker, MO for their Mid-American Bash which features none other than American Idol winner Hannah Harper in concert! We can’t wait for a great day serving the concert crowd in Reynolds County!

After that we will be taking a much needed vacation break and will be back for Ellsinore’s celebration July 10th & 11th! 🇺🇸

💥 POPLAR BLUFF 💥

We’re set up today at Jerry F Mclane Park in Poplar Bluff for the Ozark Express League games! We will be here a while longer, last game just started at 6:00! It’s been a HOT 🥵 one today, come on out and get you a cold lemonade or shaved ice, there’s no admission fee and they have some giveaways going today just for being here!

We had a GREAT time last weekend at the Farmington Country Days, there were thousands of people that came through and we had so many new followers and friends made! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to see us, we can’t wait for next year! Such an awesome event! We wanted to share some pics from last weekend!

☀️ HAPPY SUNDAY! ☀️

It’s a BEAUTIFUL day and we would LOVE to serve up some sweet, ice cold shaved ices and lemonades to you today!

We will be set up all day at the Ozark Express League baseball games at Ellsinore American Legion Park - Brodie Gargac Memorial Field in Ellsinore. Games are at 2:00, 4:30 and 7:00 PM! We will NOT be at the games next week so this is your last chance for a while to come see us!

We have had a fun last couple of weeks, including our first day with the Ozark Express games! We also got to visit Doniphan High School and East Carter County R-2 Schools for fun end of the year events! Always our favorite days!

This coming weekend we will be at Farmington Country Days in Farmington, MO for this great event and we are so excited about seeing the crowd there!

🚨 ELLSINORE!! 🚨

Who’s ready for some ⚾️ BASEBALL ⚾️ and 🍋 Lemonade 🍋!?!? It’s Ozark Express League Opening Day!

Today’s the day! We always have people asking when we are going to be in our home town and we are finally here! Have you been craving a delicious lemonade? Or a yummy shaved ice made from hand crafted syrups with the best toppings?! Maybe you’ve been needing a Strawberry Cheesecake special or a Butter Pecan special?! We have it all for you today and cannot WAIT to see your smiling faces!

Best of all: we have the famous Ozark Express Lemonade, named after our favorite home town baseball league! Everyone loves it so much, we made it a permanent part of our menu! Come by and grab one today! Bring the kids down and let them watch some baseball and have some fun! Games at 2:00, 4:30 and 7:00 pm!

👋 Hello 2026 Season!! 👋

We are BACK in action and ready to make some shaved ices and lemonades for you! Even though we haven’t posted yet this year, we did get started a few days ago with some very important events that we will mention. But first let’s go over where we will be this weekend!

🍓 TODAY Saturday May 16 we are set up at McGruder HomeGrown, LLC for the 2nd Strawberry Festival of the year! We were here for part 1 a couple weekends ago and it was FANTASTIC! We were so busy we sold out of lemonades! We will be here 10:00 am-4:00 pm today, there are a TON of things to do and see here!

⚾️ TOMORROW Sunday May 17: a day we have been excitedly waiting for all year- OPENING DAY of the Ozark Express League! We are SO excited to be back with our friends at the OEL and games start at 2:00 pm tomorrow at Ellsinore American Legion Park - Brodie Gargac Memorial Field! We will have a full menu so come out and see us and watch some great baseball!

Just to highlight where we’ve been so far: we want to give the biggest thanks to O'Neal Elementary, Van Buren R-1 School District, Poplar Bluff Kindergarten Ctr. And East Carter R-2 Schools for inviting us out for Teacher Appreciation Week events and school celebration events! We LOVE serving our teachers and schools, these are some of our favorite events we do. Enjoy some of our pictures below from those days!

We’re excited to see you all this summer and we thank you for all the messages we’ve received asking when we will be opening back up. We already have a packed schedule started and we look forward seeing you at an event soon!
