Venison backstrap on the Ironwood 885. This deer was harvested by father in law in Mississippi, and didn’t disappoint. Rubbed down with The Best Prime Steak rub and topped with Killer Hogs TX rub. Cooked to an IT of 130, tender as can be! comes through again!
