About Us

iNoodle offers authentic Asian Fusion and Chinese cuisine inspired by family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. After years of restaurant experience, the head chef received formal culinary training in New York City which inspired the birth of a new restaurant that would fuse centuries old traditions with highly refined contemporary skills. To honor the family’s traditions of cooking and hospitality, iNoodle opened in 2019 to serve the Ponte Vedra Beach community. iNoodle’s mission is to offer a genuine culinary experience in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that will leave every guest satisfied. Since inception, iNoodle has offered the highest quality food and service as every dish is created by the head chef and made from scratch with fresh ingredients daily.
