Let’s talk about Flavors of Phoenicia!

We’re so excited to have Flavors of Phoenicia joining us for Ending Hunger, Bite-by-Bite on October 10!

Owned by Craig and Hadya Gines, Flavors of Phoenicia brings the flavors of Hadya’s Lebanese heritage to North Idaho. Think shawarma, kebabs, hummus, falafel, tabouli and plenty of those fresh, flavorful dishes that make you want to go back for “just one more bite.”

We love that this family-run restaurant is sharing a little piece of their heritage with our community—and we’re even more grateful that they’re sharing their food with us to help support our neighbors facing food insecurity.

Just a reminder that on Saturday October the 3rd we will be closed at the restaurant but you can still find us and support us as we will be participating this year in the Winter Ridge neighborhood fair, we will have lentil soup samples to taste and products for sale to take home and make your own at home.

We will be closing early tomorrow, Monday, August 31st, at 4:30 PM for our children’s back-to-school night. We’ll be meeting their teachers, getting their schedules, and helping our daughter get ready for her move into high school.
