🌮 BIG NEWS FROM LOS COMPAS! 🌮

After a lot of consideration—and taking what we learned from our previous venture—we knew we wanted to do things a little differently this time around. One of the biggest things we wanted was a place where our customers could consistently find us every week.

We’re incredibly grateful to our great friends at Sweet P’s in Ponchatoula for giving Los Compas a place to call home EVERY TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY from 4:30–8PM! ❤️🌮

Having two guaranteed days each week means you’ll always know where to find us when that taco, birria, burrito, or quesadilla craving hits! 🙌

And we’re still hitting the road! 🚚💨 This week you can also catch us:

We’re excited to shine a little light on an up-and-coming local family taking a leap of faith and starting their own business venture — bringing some of the absolute BEST Mexican desserts to our community! 🇲🇽✨

Behind Los Compas are two best friends who had an idea, took a chance, and decided to build something together.

This isn’t just about selling tacos. It’s about creating something we can be proud of—something built with hard work, loyalty, laughter, long days, crazy ideas, setbacks, second chances, and a whole lot of heart.

We come from two different backgrounds, and that’s part of what makes Los Compas special. We’re bringing together authentic Mexican flavors and Southern hospitality with one simple belief: good food has a way of bringing people together.
