If you have been wondering if I've been MIA I have been. Not really but I have had the wonderful privilege of planning our niece's wedding. The budget was very small and tight so there were so many DIY projects and theme directions. It went from purple and green to wild flowers to a full blown fairy garden. From the flower bouquets to the mason jars with fairy lights and butterflies to my giant flower displays. I made an arch out of sticks, painted little mushrooms and made my very first purple wedding cake. It was beautiful and turned out exactly how I had hoped. I'm so sad that it is over. I have been so busy this past month with finishing up planning and graduations. I've also had a few other wedding cakes and my very first and hopefully last cake delivery disaster.
On another note I have also been working on my mental health. I have been in some of the roughest times in my life this past year which has caused me to slow down. But it's time to get my focus back on Sky's the Limit. Some days are still harder than others. And some days it's hard not to let it affect my work but it does. I have learned that you never know what someone is going through so be kind. I have had complete meltdowns probably right before a pickup so I apologize if anyone sees me looking like a hot mess from time to time! Lol
I'm still taking orders! I have a few available spots towards the end of the month! 4th of July preorder is also available on my website! REMINDER - I don't send invoices until the Monday your order is due so if you want to make sure I received it please message me. Please do not put an order in just for a price quote because I will most likely not see it. Please message me. And all orders over $100 full payments are still due the Monday your invoice is sent due to last minute cancellations! I still bake for The Butcher and the Baker Country Market and will have a fresh restock this week!
I want to thank everyone for your continued support! I love serving our community. I still put my whole heart into everything I create. I'm planning to pick back up slowly but I still have to work on myself ! I appreciate your love and patience!
