Foxtail then receives the raw coffee in pallets and starts to develop roast profiles for each lot, highlighting that bean and origins most positive characteristics. The café then proudly shares the lot with their local community. The brand is dedicated to providing a welcoming atmosphere that shifts the way we think of coffee one cup at a time.
