10 minute prep time!
ingredients:
Poach an egg in chicken broth. Put one bunch of cilantro (coriander) into a food processor with 4 garlic cloves and pulse to a chunky consistency.
Add cilantro to a soup bowl, add hot poaching liquid, top with a piece of bread, and add the poached egg. Drizzle with EVOO and a touch of hot sauce and ground black pepper.
