SIRENE X GAMA collab dinner MON OCT 26

As many of you know, our collaboration dinner with Sirene in September sold out in just two hours. The waitlist was long enough that we could have easily filled a second sold-out night.

So that’s exactly what we’re going to do!

Monday, October 26th we’ll be bringing back the same collaboration and much of the same spirit, with a few changes to reflect the shift in seasons and what’s looking beautiful right now.

fried chicken + sake is such a classic izakaya pairing. our menu changes constantly, but i truly think people would riot if we ever got rid of the karaage. this version is served with a wasabi aioli and a dusting of our Gama furikake.

a dish from a few weeks back. as fall draws near and we say goodbye to summer, we’re eagerly using up our Wavelength Farm tomatoes and summer herbs. combined with this beautiful mackerel from Joseph Cusenza this dish quickly became one of our favorites. hopefully we’ll see this on the menu before fall is completely upon us🤞
