We thought it would be fun to bring a little of the fair to the Union Taproom.

Starting this Friday, we’re rolling out a special Fair Food Menu with some fun, over-the-top creations available on different days.

Friday & Saturday: Pizza Cheese Curd Tacos
Tuesday & Wednesday: Sweet Squeakers, our funnel cake-battered dessert cheese curds
Thursday through Saturday: Maple Donut Smash Burger
All week: Berry Cheesecake Chimichangas

We’ll be closed Monday for Labor Day, then back Tuesday with the next round.

September is also a pretty special month for us. We’re celebrating our anniversary and heading into our 9th year in Downtown Pocatello. We figured that was another good reason to have a little fun.

If you haven’t been to The Union Taproom lately, come see what we’re all about.

Start with one of our hand-pattied burgers, dig into our Fish & Chips, try the finger steaks or explore the rest of the menu.

Then there are the taps. 16 of them, rotating through beers from local and regional breweries along with favorites like Guinness. We also have a full-service bar and a growing selection of non-alcoholic options, including our Dirty Sodas.
