There are a lot of restaurants. There are a lot of bars.

What we've created is something more than that.

A place where you can grab a $5 burger on Monday, challenge your friends at Trivia on Wednesday, enjoy live jazz on Thursday, sip a whiskey flight at the 313, attend a wine tasting, or join us for one of our monthly pairing dinners.

Some nights are lively. Some nights are quiet. Some nights are about celebration. Some are just about escaping the day for a couple of hours.

We're Hiring at The Yellowstone Restaurant and The Union Taproom Restaurant! We hate to see teammembers leave, but we're excited for them as they finish school and begin a new chapters outside the area. Their departure creates an opportunity for someone new to join our team.

We're looking for:

• One Part Time Dishwasher, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week
• One Daytime Cook, approximately 30 to 35 hours per week

Experience is helpful for the dishwasher position, but not required. We're happy to train the right person. For the daytime cook position, some kitchen experience is preferred, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important. If you're coachable and eager to improve, we're willing to invest the time to help you succeed. Pay for both depends on experience.

What matters most:
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Reliability
• Ability to work well with others
• Willingness to learn and grow

What if Christmas came six months early?

On July 11, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we're celebrating Christmas in July at The Union Taproom and Restaurant. This Back to School Fundraiser will help provide school lunches, clothing, and essential supplies for local children throughout School District 25.

We'll have live music by Luke Hoffstaeter and Kaylee Carla-Lee, raffle prizes, food, drinks, and plenty of opportunities to support a great cause.
