As four Idaho State University students sat around the kitchen table at the home of Haiden and Nate, the dream of ThanksABrunch was envisioned. I mean let’s face it, they were four hungry college kids wondering what we were going to eat in the morning and brunch and mimosas sounded pretty fantastic. ThanksABrunch s

eemed like a good idea that would soon be forgotten, but Nate had his own plan for these ideas. He continued to spend every spare minute researching food truck business structures and searching for a trailer that would do his dreams justice. After weeks of searching, ThanksABrunch was found in Utah and the four of them drove down to pick up the trailer and bring it to Pocatello to begin its renovation and BRUNCHification. The next two months were spent creating the perfect menu with Lead Chef, Nate, for the people of Pocatello. From perfecting the specialty avocado spread to creating the delicious carne asada marinade, the hungry college students had to taste everything a few times until they had the perfect product to bring to you! One of ThanksABrunch’s main goals is to bring all of the local businesses to work together. They found the majority of their items from local vendors and reached out to local coffee shops so that they would be able to advertise their items on the truck as well. Now the truck is complete with an awesome social media following and amazing food! ThanksABrunch is parked Saturday and Sunday mornings next to The Tasting Room in Old Town Pocatello on West Clark. The truck also serves catering events upon request to those who want to bring something delicious to their event.

ThanksABrunch has had the best customers! We want to thank you all for the support for the last six years! We will miss you all so much!
