Once again we are back with the anniversary special but we are doing things a little different than before.

From September 13th to the 14th (one weekend only), we are going to do an Omakase night. This is an after hours affair, so only adults 21+. From 9:30pm to 11pm or later you will be pampered with 15+ small courses, sake, and of course only the best and freshest ingredients from Japan. Omakase loosely translated to "ill leave it up to you" in Japan is a way to eat without choosing, no menus, no problems, only the best and the freshest. Our chef will cater to your every need, and you will leave full and happy.

So make your reservations today because unlike before, spots are limited to 20 total, 10 spots per night, each reservation limited to 2 people only. Each year we sell out, so don't miss out on the only Omakase experience in east idaho

Its that time of year again!!!

Our amazing Chef/Manager Josh will be doing another anniversary special starting August 5th till the 11th with some extremely unique dishes that this area hasn't seen.

Expect extremely fresh and high quality fish and ingredients from Japan, exquisitely beautiful plating, and flavors your pallet have never tasted that will guarantee to blow you away.

As before, unlike ordering from our traditional menu, you will come sit at the bar at your designated reservation time, and be catered to by the chef and no one else.

The Special is $60 per person and will come with your choice of drink (soda, cocktail, water) or $70 per person and share a bottle of w**e specifically paired with the special to help bring everything together.

This anniversary special marks a milestone for our chef, who has dedicated his career to being a great sushi chef. He has been practicing his art since 2008 in both Texas and California before solidifying his place in eastern Idaho and he has come such a long way and wants to be able to do this for our customers every year to show them a side of sushi that normally isn't available in the area or even the state.

**This menu for this special is set in stone and is made by our chef the way it is created so unfortunately there will not be any room for substitutions or allergies, so if you have any dietary restrictions, we please ask you to leave the reservations for the ones ready to try.

**Please be 10 minutes early if possible for your reservation, and if for any reason you cannot make it please call us ahead of time to let us know so we can make the proper adjustments.

Coming July 31 to August 6th, we have something very special for you. As we celebrate our sushi chefs 2 year anniversary with us, we are also celebrating his 16th year as a chef. We are creating an anniversary special that is guaranteed to blow your mind. We are bringing in special ingredients from across the globe to bring you a Michelin quality 3 course meal, all hand made by our esteemed chef. This special is in very limited quantities as we will only be running it for 7 days.

How this will work is you will have to call us to make a reservation at the bar (ask for available time slots), with this reservation each person will be served and treated by our chef personally. The Items that have been created will be served to each person, the items will be the same across the board for all 7 days. Each person receives one soda (alcohol not included), one appetizer, the main course, and a handmade dessert. Each course is something never served in our establishment before and will not be served again. Be prepared for something unique, beautiful, and absolutely delicious.

Price per person will be $50 and with that this is what you will receive.

Appetizer: Agedashi Tofu (lightly fried firm tofu (from Japan), with a house made yuzu ponzu sauce, with spring onion and bonito flakes.

Main Course: #1 Grilled American Butterfish from Rhode Island, served with a beautiful pomegranate vinaigrette.
#2 Red Mullet Fish from the Mediterranean Sea close to Italy served sashimi style in a savory garlic yuzu sauce.
#3 Special Baransu Roll made with big eye tuna, jicama, shallots, avocado and basil with a light refreshing savory sauce.

Dessert: a handmade cupcake sized mango mini cheesecake with a mango honey sauce, and fresh sliced mangos

All of this elegantly plated in ways you would only see in 5 star or fine dining restaurants.
