🥟 Better ingredients make better dumplings.

We could use ordinary pork. Instead, we choose Berkshire pork — known for its beautiful marbling, rich flavor, and juicy, tender texture.

You’ll find it in several of our favorites: Berkshire Pork & Chives, Berkshire Pork & Napa Cabbage, and our Shrimp Triple Delight, made with shrimp, Berkshire pork, and chives.

It costs more, but we think it’s worth it. When the filling is this important to the dumpling, starting with better ingredients makes a difference you can taste.

And that commitment doesn’t stop with our pork dumplings. Our other varieties are made with carefully chosen ingredients too, including Chicken & Mushroom, Beef & Onion, Beef & Celery, and our Veggie dumplings.

Great dumplings start with great ingredients. 🥟
