Bear with me because this is going to be a little bit of a long post, but this one means a lot to me. 🥹💜

From the little girl who made her very first cake around 8 years old… to the baker I am today! 🎂💜

My love for baking and decorating cakes actually started with my mom & grandmas. I used to help my mom make cakes for friends and family, and that’s where I first learned the basics and fell in love with creating something with my own hands!

At about 8 years old I joined 4-H and started doing cake decorating, where I had the opportunity to learn even more and sharpen my skills with the help of my cake decorating instructor for 10 years. I’m so grateful for everyone who helped teach me along the way and encouraged that little girl who just loved making cakes even if I did cry if I didn’t win. 😅

Looking at these pictures now, I can’t help but think about how proud younger Jasmine would be. 🥹 She had no idea that the little cakes she was making at 8 years old would eventually turn into something she would continue to grow and build years later.

I’m still learning. I’m still improving. And I know I still have so much more to learn. But sometimes you have to stop and look back to appreciate just how far you’ve come!

Little Jasmine had a dream without even realizing it was a dream yet. And I’m so proud that I kept going. 🥹💜

Here’s to where I started, where I am now, and all the beautiful cakes still to come. 🎂✨

If you’ve never had a co**ha before, co**has are a beloved Mexican pan dulce (sweet bread). They’re known for their soft, fluffy, lightly sweet bread topped with a delicate, sugary cookie-like shell that gives them their signature seashell design. 🐚✨

My Oreo version brings that traditional-style sweet bread together with the familiar flavor of chocolate Oreo goodness for a fun twist while still celebrating what makes co**has so special. I’m always extra, so I couldn’t just do a regular co**ha,I had to do Oreo of course! I will still be offering regular co**has too 🤎🍪

Traditionally, co**has are enjoyed as part of breakfast or an afternoon merienda, often alongside a warm cup of coffee , hot chocolate, or champurrado, or simply with a cold glass of milk. And yes—many people love to dip theirs right into their coffee or hot chocolate! ☕️🥛🍫

I’m excited to share my own flavor with you while honoring the tradition behind this beautiful bread. 🐚✨

A little food review for you 🙌🏼

Would you be surprised if I said that I have NEVER had a pineapple upside down cake in my life!? This was so good.

This weekend was a busy one for me. Had worked 12’s the whole weekend on top of 3 cakes to do, a cheesecake, & a pineapple upside down cake! I enjoy what I do, and how happy I can make you guys with some delicious goodies ☺️ I almost can never deny an order unless I am jam packed, I really try and fit all of you in when I can and sometimes even when I can’t 😉🤍

Anyway, thank you guys for the continued support as per usual 🤍
