This post is bittersweet, but after 20 years of owning Six Burner Bistro and both Vince and I being in the restaurant industry since we were teenagers, it is time for our next chapter.
We will be permanently closing our doors after dinner service on June 12th, 2026.

Our loyal staff bas been our biggest asset, we would like to thank you all...past and present for your friendship and professionalism. We have the utmost gratitude for their service.

We would like to extend or heartfelt thanks for the support of family, friends and customers alike. This support made the restaurant feel like home for the past 20 years.

Please come in and join us for one or several more meals wirh us. And if you've been hanging onto any Six Burner Bistro gift certificates, now is the time to use them up.
