The Zura

An ode to our amazing neighbors at ❤️ — this is our take on their beloved Chicken Saltimbocca.

Roasted chicken, crispy prosciutto, sautéed mushrooms, aged provolone, and peppery arugula, all tossed in a white w**e, sage & lemon sauce and finished with a balsamic glaze. We’re bringing it all together on toasted ciabatta and, of course, using our own Dino’s Vino white w**e blend.

If you haven’t tried the Chicken Saltimbocca at La Baia, you’re seriously missing out. We’re big fans — and this one is our little love letter to it.
