Say hello to Isabelle, who is doing her Youth Apprenticeship here this fall! 👋✨ We are so glad she is here and learning all the different positions here! 😊🎓🎉
Meet Isabelle, a student at Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah School District and Youth Apprentice at Chester's Drive-In! 🍦
Isabelle shared:
“I enjoy working at Chester's Drive-In because I get to work with different people and be part of a fun environment. I have learned how to communicate with customers, work as part of a team, and handle different responsibilities. The YA program has given me the opportunity to gain real work experience while still in high school and learn skills that I can use in the future. I am thankful for the experience because it has helped me become more confident and responsible in the workplace.”
Isabelle, thriving in a fast-paced team setting takes real adaptability, and it's wonderful to see how much your confidence and self-reliance have grown. You’ve turned your high school apprenticeship into a powerful personal launchpad for whatever path you choose next!
