Today we're going to showcase the unsung heroes of our menu, the roots, grains and beans section. These guys are the backup singers of most of our dishes, creating the perfect harmony to showcase flavors. GreenDish offers a variety because everyone's tastes and requirements differ.
🥔Firstly, the potatoes: we feature oven-fried potato spears, roasted sweet potato spears, and potato and olive oil smash. All these selections are made using our smart oven, which helps get a perfect roast on them but using less oil than is traditionally applied. The smash is a healthier alternative to mashed potatoes, but with the right amount of flavor and texture to compliment an entrée.
🍚We've got rice, perfectly cooked fresh brown or white basmati, and for the adventurous, our zingy pineapple fried rice.
🍝Holding down the noodle department we have a gluten-free pasta. It really does have a similar texture and feel as traditional gluten pasta - definitely give it a try in one of our Italian dishes or the Pork Noodle Stir Fry. We look forward to your review!
🏆And lastly but not leastly, the awesome Stewed Pinto Beans, which take some time to make but are so worth it for their flavor and texture.
