Today at I'm serving up a bowl I made a year ago for friends, now it's being served to the people! gave me the idea riding back from a Patriots/Dolphins game and it consumed my mind for weeks. This ramen is incredible, limited supply, get it while it lasts!

Here we are folks, last day of ramen at and the last updated menu for the weekend. Yesterday went great with the individualized bowls, it was a lot of fun putting out different variations of bowls all night long. We have a limited amount of bowls to serve today so come down early and get you some, we will sell out! The beer garden will also be open with a limited app menu downstairs at , so come out and enjoy our last day with us!

Well here it is folks, the last Ramen menu I will be sharing for a bit. Like all good things, our run up at is coming to a close tomorrow evening. So we decided to do something fun for the last couple nights and put out unique bowls to each of our guests, what we've dubbed Nagashidai or Kitchen Sink Ramen. What this means is that each bowl will be an experiment with plating, ingredients, preparation of ingredients, etc. So you and the person next to you could order the same broth bade but the .end up with very different bowls. Come on down for the last couple days of the Winter Tap Takeover, we open at 2 o'clock!

New plays on old favorites! We have our Chashu Pork Belly seared until it's crispy and delicious, it's falling apart in my mouth. We also have our naruto-maki, only this time orange! It is a steamed fish cake stylized after the Naruto Straights and the whirlpools that occur there. Both of these are featured on our Torikotsu Chashu Ramen bowl this weekend at . Come on down!
