It's been awhile folks! A lot has been happening in the last year and I've had to let my little cooking biz fall to the side. I am working on planning out a new menu. This time, focus will be more on my baking such as muffins, cookies, candies, breads and soup/chili.

So keep your eye out for an upcoming menu in the next couple weeks. I will be baking and taking pictures and working out costs. I'll post pics as I do them and let you know when things are ready to sell again!

We are now into leftovers from Thanksgiving and I'm trying to think of a menu this week. What type of food would you all like to see this week? Salads maybe to combat the gorge of carbs? Sandwiches like maybe Italian beef? Or the popular Chicken Caesar pasta salad? Or soup/chili?

Cooking has been part of my life as long as I can remember. Some people associate smells or sounds (my husband remembers things based off music), a lot of my memories are based around food. For instance, I am finishing these peanut butter balls and it reminds me of when I was little at my Aunt Debbie's house. She always made these delicious little things and no one made them like her. I can't help but think of our Christmases spent in Texas with them and these always hitting the table. The beagles that were so chubby they couldn't jump on the couch or playing charades in the front lawn in our shorts on Christmas Eve. Or my cousin reading to me by the fireplace at night and for the first time, finding there actually was a type of book I liked to read! Who knew?! And that's where these little pb bites take me back to.
