Bad news everyone. I am closed up for the weekend and I’m not sure when I will be able to return. Something urgent has come up and I’m heading to Louisiana first thing tomorrow morning. Hopefully I will be back in time to open next weekend but stay tuned for updates on my return!

Open today for as long as I can take the heat! It was about 100 degrees in here on Sunday and I got a little heat stroke. Not doing that again!! Sandwich of the Week is the Hot Honey BBQ Brisket: 5 oz. of Smoked Beef Brisket, Spicy Hatch Chile BBQ Sauce, Pepper Jack, Arugula & Mike’s Hot Honey on a Grilled Pretzel Roll. HUGE event at the hotel this week guys. Slim Pickings Sunday season starts now apparently!! I’m still cooking to try and offer most of the menu tomorrow but it’ll likely be an early sell out. I’m hoping to restock almost everything but the things that didn’t sell out today are also very low stock. Come clean me out tomorrow. LFG!!!
