OK guys, huge convention at the hotel for the last 3 days. Crazy day!! I’ve already gone through 2 weeks of food during the first 3 days of the week! Didn’t even have time to post the Sandwich of the Week and it’s sold out, so I’m running Hot Honey BBQ Brisket until the brisket runs out. I’m prepping as much as I can tonight but I’ll have what I have this weekend. There aren’t enough hours in a day for me to prep everything.
