Colorful Plate Cafe and Food + Farm Exploration Center are closed tomorrow to celebrate Independence Day!

This holiday marks a massive milestone as America celebrates its 250th anniversary and agriculture has been part of our countries long history. We hope everyone enjoys a safe weekend with family while staying cool after last week's extreme heat!

Normal business hours resume this Sunday, July 5th:
☕ Colorful Plate Cafe: Open 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
🚜 Food + Farm Exploration Center: Open 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

New produce, new picks for our summer menu! 🍃✨

As the gardens grow and the field are filling with veggies, we're excited to switch up our menu and offer some new farm-to-table freshness! We just added some delicious new items to the line-up at Colorful Plate Café, and here are our top favorites:

🥗 Santa Fe Taco Salad
Tender greens, spinach, artisan romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar, roasted corn, black olives, peppers, avocado, crispy tortilla strips, and chipotle ranch with your choice of chicken or pork carnitas.

🥑 Midsummer Crunch Avocado Toast
Toasted house-made rustic potato bread, avocado, local ricotta, flaky sea salt, roasted corn, and chili crunch.

🍰 Peach Shortcakes
House-made buttermilk biscuits toasted with local butter, topped with macerated peaches, vanilla bean whipped cream, and local honey.
