Today we were at Hunts Point Market, visiting THE GLATT BOYS, our kosher chicken supplier.
Let me tell you—these guys are some of the nicest, most down-to-earth people you’ll ever meet. Their facility is incredibly clean, and the care they put into their product is obvious from the moment you walk in.
If you’ve seen videos about the chemicals and processing methods used by some large-scale chicken producers, you’ll be happy to know that’s not what’s happening here. The Glatt Boys are committed to quality, cleanliness, and doing things the right way.
