Join us in congratulating Angie this month!

If you’ve had Angie behind the bar, you know how much care she puts into taking care of you! She brings such a positive energy, loves talking coffee, and takes pride in making sure your drink is crafted with quality every time.

Behind the scenes, she’s an incredible teammate too, always paying attention, jumping in where she’s needed, and supporting the people around her.

We’ve loved watching her grow in confidence, speed, and skill behind the bar. We’re so grateful to have her at Inklings!

Meet Jason, one of our Shift Leads!

Jason has made a real difference in how smoothly our café runs, creating strong communication between shifts and making sure the team stays connected so nothing gets missed. He’s someone our staff can consistently rely on to keep things organized, supported, and moving forward.

One of Jason’s favorite parts of leadership is watching baristas grow. He values being part of that journey and takes pride in helping others succeed. As a Shift Lead, Jason helps guide the team, delegate responsibilities, maintain the café’s atmosphere, and keep each shift running smoothly.

At the heart of his leadership is teamwork. Jason focuses on building a supportive environment where everyone feels included, knows their role, and still works together toward a shared goal. He believes strong communication and positive energy are key to both a great shift and a great guest experience.
