For the past several years, we have been offering Sarawak Laksa to commemorate Malaysia Day and this year is no different and in addition we also have Penang Assam Laksa, Siam Laksa Lemak and Laksa Johor. Available this weekend only Saturday (11am to 7.30pm) and Sunday (11am to 2.30pm) while stock last.

(Since we are in transition - we are offering this at our sister location at MYSelera Bistro downtown San Jose)

Penang Assam Laksa
Mildly sweet, sour, spicy, and tangy fish-based noodle soup, renowned for its complex and invigorating flavor profile, perhaps one of Penang’s most iconic dish. Thick rice noodle topped with green leaves lettuce, onions, mint, julienned cucumber, pineapple, chilies, ginger torch flower and a dollop of shrimp paste (hae koh/petis Udang) $18

Penang Siam Laksa Lemak
Rich, creamy, and aromatic coconut milk-infused fish broth, flavored with rempah (spice paste), makrut lime leaves, it is a complex, milder, flavorful Nyonya-Thai fusion. Same noodles and toppings as Assam Laksa $18

Laksa Johor
A noodle dish from Johor, famous for using spaghetti instead of traditional rice noodles, topped with a rich, thick, fish-based gravy made with coconut milk, dried shrimp, and a blend of spices, served with fresh garnishes like cucumber, bean sprouts, onions, long beans, preserved radish (chai poh) and Vietnamese mint (daun kesum) $18.50

Sarawak Laksa
Rich, spicy, and tangy broth made from a blend of herbs and spices, coconut milk, and shrimp, served with rice vermicelli (beehoon), shredded chicken, prawns, bean sprouts, and omelette strips, famously called "breakfast of the gods" by Anthony Bourdain. It's a complex, aromatic dish, distinct from other laksa types due to its spice paste, creating a flavor profile that's spicy, savory, and slightly sour. $18.50
