Menu item experimentation for the sake of our future restaurant..... I will be posting and asking for your opinions on items you guys might like to try. Tonight I made the fam our super loved brisket grilled cheese sandwich. I made myself a wrap. In it I put sliced Brisket, scrambled egg, bacon, avocado and 2 kinds of cheese. Would you try it???
