Our Pizzas are hand crafted in our fully self contained mobile kitchen, then stone baked @600*, in our gas fired deck pizza oven.

We saw the world's largest Calzones are 35 and 60 feet. Lol. There's a couple pizzerias offering a 28" Calzone, our largest pizza tray is only (for now) 19" so check out this huge Calzone 16"-18" we made, only at the Pizza Bus.

So over the years we shared the best ways to reheat your left over pizza slices but we have never talked about how to store your left over slices, if you have any. Wrapping slices in foil or plastic wrap are two great ways and even in an air tight container will work good too. I like to use zip lock bags. I know some mushers do too, So then can have a slice out on the trail. You can always get the pizza slice to go necklace bag like this one. Lol
