Tadpole’s Catfish Barn has become a one-stop Mother’s Day shop this weekend! Stop by Saturday or Sunday and get mom some beautiful flowers and take her out to eat. If she’d rather be in the comfort of her own home then surprise her with a buffet to go and a bouquet of flowers!

You know not all sides are made the same… we try and make sure our sides are quality and cooked to perfection. If you ever come in and something isn’t up to par please let us know! We would love to make sure we freshen it up and get you what you want!

Our baked and pinto beans cook all afternoon to get ready for the buffet and the cole slaw and potato salad are cut and prepared fresh daily along with our tartar sauce!

We don’t have rice and okra every day, but Thursday-Saturday they’re a staple!

Have you had our onion rings? They are absolutely delicious and they actually travel well!

Have you tried our crab legs, frog legs, or gator? They’re not on the buffet, but that just means we make them fresh for you per order. They’re an extra cost but definitely worth it!

Our crab legs we boil with Cajun seasonings just like we do our peel n’ eat shrimp. Once you’ve tried ours, other places just won’t do them justice. Served with melted butter!

The frog legs we prepare in house; they’re cut, seasoned and breaded, and deep fried to a perfect golden brown. These have been a long running favorite and you can add a plate of frog legs to your buffet for $5.00.

Gator doesn’t get enough praise. Some say it tastes like chicken, but I think it resembles more of a pork texture and taste. We do cut this up in house, season and bread it, and fry it up fresh! This is accompanied with a remoulade sauce is the perfect combo!
