Ice Barbers Ice Barbers brings you traditional Hawaiian Shave Ice to the mainland. We are a mobile food stand serving the Contra Costa county area.

Traditional Hawaiian Ice is a fluffy, melt-in-your mouth treat, sometimes with a scoop of ice cream at the bottom. Unlike many 'shave ice' desserts served here on the mainland, Hawaiian ice is crafted by shaving large cylinders of ice into a creamy texture. Ice Barbers strives to bring the true taste of Hawaii to Contra Costa county by using high quality ingredients and technique to replicate a beloved Hawaiian treat.
