Made a special order for a birthday girl today here is what the beans looked like before and after roasting quite a transformation in size and weight also. Green coffee weight is heavier than roasted weight. Fun fact you can loose almost 3 oz in weight to each 1 pound of green coffee depending on how long and dark the roast is!
