All hail the Queen!

Built on a mocha chocolate bagel with house-made pistachio cream cheese, buttered and toasted kataifi, crispy pancetta, dark chocolate drizzle, roasted pistachios, and a touch of flaky sea salt.

This one is a little more personal. August was my mom's birth month, and chocolate with pistachio was one of her favorite flavor combinations. It only felt right to name this one The Queen in her honor.
