Ok so we’ve been thinking about doing a Kalua Pork sandwich for a while, what does everyone think? Would it be a hit? We would use traditional Hawaiian Pink Salt and AUTHENTIC KIAWE WOOD to do our smoke. It would be topped with cabbage sautéed in the pork juice and served with Mac salad! Thoughts?
