The Silver Spur - Platteville

The Silver Spur - Platteville Here at the Silver Spur and Doughboy Subs we make our own homemade Artisan bread which means that we long culture our bread for 48 hours.

We blend the best of Latin American flavors with French, Italian, and Spanish bread traditions. All of our bread is made from quality ancient grains and natural wheat. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with as much locally sourced farm-to-table experiences as possible. This includes farm fresh eggs from Platteville’s local Morning Fresh Farms, Honey from Platteville’s The Bee Connection, Little h Bar Beef, and more!
