Fork & Dagger FL Located inside LivUp Crossfit I developed a love for cooking at a very young age. I was hooked at the first taste of Pernil and Arroz con Gandules.

As a child in Guyana, I would sit in the kitchen and watch my mother cook all day. When I married my wife 17 years ago, my mother in law introduced me to the flavors of Puerto Rico. Today, I enjoy making dishes from across the Caribbean. Chicken Curry with Roti, Jerk Chicken with Rice and Peas, Pollo Guisado (Puerto Rican Stew Chicken), and the ever popular Pernil (Pork Shoulder). I hope you enjoy the meals as much as I enjoy making them for you.
