Chef Akshraj Jodha brought the royal kitchens of Rajasthan to Jashan for twelve nights.

We’re down to the final four.

Marwar. Mewar. Recipes carried through generations. A menu that came to Plano for a few nights — and then goes away.

Royal Rajasthan ends September 27.
