The Highbrow Pasta combines tagliatelle, roasted chicken, garlicky mushrooms, parmesan, oven-dried tomatoes and sweet onion cream sauce. Breadcrumbs on top because apparently we’re showing off. Quite the pasta, if we do say so ourselves.
