Not all ice creams are created equal, or they would all be the same price! I manufacture my ice cream with passion and some personality. The ice cream is made from 16% butterfat mix from Schepps Dairy. I then add only the finest flavors, fruits and other natural ingredients to complete the product. I then shock the ice cream at - 20 degrees in a special freezer. The colder the temperature the bett

er the ice cream, because it prevents ice crystals from forming. You must be a trained professional. We do WHOLESALE, CATERING and RETAIL (We say think outside the cone). Our slogan is “Ice Cream Makes You Pretty”.
