Coal Vines, the popular bistro that originated in Dallas’ popular Uptown in 2006 by restaurateurs Joe Palladino and Phil Romano is heading to Plano’s Shops of Legacy. Set to open in spring 2011, Coal Vines of Legacy brings the casual neighborhood restaurant and coal-oven pizzeria to Plano, showcasing the popular a la carte menu with signature New York-style pizzas, salads, entrees and desserts as well as a stellar wine list that has become synonymous with quality and value.
