A Message to our Guests and Friends
My name is Heather Mahneke, and I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. Many of you know me as Juergen's wife, today I write to you as I begin a new chapter, taking on the responsibility of continuing the Bavarian Grill.
As many of you know, our beloved Juergen passed away just three days before the wedding of our son, Christian. It was an incredibly difficult time for our family, but seeing Christian and his wife celebrate their marriage surrounded by love reminded us of the strength that family and tradition bring. Juergen would have been so proud of the wonderful man Christian has become, and we know he was with us in spirit on that special day.
For decades, Juergen poured his heart into the Bavarian Grill. His greatest joy was sharing authentic German hospitality, creating traditions, and welcoming guests who quickly became friends. None of this would have been possible without your loyalty and support over the years.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making the Bavarian Grill a part of your own family traditions. Whether you've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, Oktoberfests, or simply enjoyed a meal with us, you have helped make this restaurant what it is today.
As I take over the Bavarian Grill with Christian, I do so with great respect for everything Juergen built. Christian and I will continue making our rounds to greet everyone, just as Juergen always did. My commitment is to honor his vision, preserve the traditions he cherished, and continue his legacy for generations to come. Together with our family and our dedicated team, we look forward to welcoming you with the same warmth, authentic German cuisine, and gemütlichkeit that Juergen loved sharing with every guest.
