PANDAN COCONUT. Pandan is a tropical plant used in a lot of Southeast Asian cooking for both sweet and savory foods. It’s famously used in drinks and desserts because of its fragrant aroma, natural bright green color, and sweet flavor. It tastes like an earthy, grassy, and floral vanilla with hints of almond and coconut. We know a lot of you have been waiting for pandan so don’t miss this!! One week left for these flavors!

CHOCO CHEESE BANANA is a common Indonesian street dessert/snack (called “pisang goreng”) and one of our personal favorite foods from Indonesia 🇮🇩🫡 They are banana fritters (fried bananas) served hot and covered with condensed milk, cheese, and chocolate sprinkles. It’s the perfect blend of crunchy, sweet, and salty 🤤 We have special toppings for this flavor and we tried to make it taste as authentic as possible to share with y’all!!

CENDOL is a popular Indonesian dessert but all Southeast Asian countries have their own name and version of it. Some examples are Thailand (lod chong), Burma (mont let saung), Laos (lod song), Vietnam (banh lot), Cambodia (nom lort), Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, etc. 😵‍💫 Even different islands in Indonesia and regions within those islands have their own style! The main ingredients are coconut milk, palm sugar syrup, and long pandan jellies made from rice flour and/or mung bean flour. We’re starting summer break off strong!! 😎

BAJIGUR is a hot and sweet beverage from the West Java region of Indonesia. There are different variations but the main ingredients are coconut milk, palm sugar, and ginger. Our version of bajigur is more of a spiced coconut coffee flavor which honestly turned out way better than we expected 😆 Come challenge your taste buds!! 🤩

POPCORN is one of the first flavors we’ve ever made and also one of our most popular! 🍿😎 We’ve made several variations of popcorn but the last time we made plain ol’ popcorn was 2021 😵 We have 2 new toppings for this flavor: crushed Cheetos puffs with a little chili & potato chips. Are you Team Cheetos or Team Potato Chips?!

JUS ALPUKAT is a popular drink in Indonesia sold by street vendors and restaurants. “Jus” sounds like and means “juice” while “alpukat” is the Indonesian word for “avocado”. Fresh fruit drinks in Indonesia are as common as soda is here in America! 😳 The actual drink is more like an avocado smoothie/shake with chocolate syrup, but the ice cream flavor is more or less a chocolate-avocado mix with a little coffee added. This helps with the browning of the avocados and makes it a little more “kid-friendly” 🤭 Next time maybe we’ll make it with more avocado than chocolate!

BERRY CHANTILLY is a layered yellow sponge cake filled with fresh berries and covered in whipped cream frosting made from mascarpone cheese or cream cheese. It’s a light and airy vanilla cake that isn’t too sweet which really makes the flavor of the berries stand out! Perfect for celebrations (like Mother’s Day) 🥰 This flavor is gluten-free and does not contain nuts or eggs 😚

RUM RAISIN is a classic ice cream flavor made with raisins soaked in rum and vanilla ice cream. We were surprised to find out that a lot of our younger customers didn’t know what it was! Are we getting old? 😳 The last time we made this flavor some people said we didn’t use enough rum. This version is a little different 😋 Enjoy!!!

CINCO LECHES is Spanish for “five milks” because it uses two more than tres leches 🤓 If you have a sweet tooth, this is your flavor! It does not have nuts or gluten.

SALTED HONEY. Don’t worry, bee happy :-) We never have vanilla but sometimes we have something close to it 😉 Our guilty pleasure is the Salted Honey and Dubai Chocolate swirl but a popular combination we’ve been seeing is with the Carrot Cake! We won’t have Lemon Yogurt this weekend but we have a couple extra pints left. First come, first served! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

CARROT CAKE. Out with the old and in with the new 👉🏼 We switched out Lemon Yogurt for Carrot Cake this week. We even have some walnuts to top it off! We can’t tell which one we like more 😭 Maybe we’ll bring Lemon Yogurt back on Sunday…?

LEMON YOGURT. We’re baaaack!! Well rested and recharged 💪🏼 Unfortunately, on our first day back we found out one of our machines is broken so we’re down to five flavors until we can get a replacement. The plan right now is to have Lemon Yogurt this week until Sunday and then switch it back to Carrot Cake for the last week. When life gives you lemons, you do the best you can 😩

That’s all folks! We’ll be taking our annual winter break now, but this time will be just a bit longer (5-6 weeks). No specific return date yet, for various reasons, but expect us to reopen in the first half of March. Thank you to everyone who showed up for our last rotation, and sorry to those who came but we weren’t able to chat with. We had an amazing year, made a lot of new friends, saw a lot of familiar faces, and said our goodbyes to others. We sincerely appreciate all of you who keep coming back to try our newest creations. We are also grateful for the people who have gone on to bigger and better things. We know good things don’t last forever, but yes, we do and will remember you 🫶🏼 This year we realized the power of “community” and we hope to continue making ice cream for as long as we can. Each of you, new and old, makes it all worth it. So long, and thanks for all the memories!!

TANGYUAN ROCKY ROAD. Tangyuan is a Chinese dessert made of glutinous rice balls in a hot ginger syrup/broth. It’s traditionally eaten during festivals and celebrations because it symbolizes unity. They’re usually filled with black sesame but can also be filled with red bean or crushed peanuts. Tomorrow is the last day so don’t miss it!! 😆

SALTED EGG YOLK PINEAPPLE. Pineapple cakes are iconic Taiwanese pastries consisting of a crumbly, buttery shortbread crust filled with sweet and tangy pineapple jam. They are extremely popular as souvenirs and as gifts during Lunar New Year. We’ve always wanted to use salted eggs in ice cream so we thought this was a good opportunity 🤗 It has a rich and slightly salty flavor which may remind you of aged cheese or parmesan. Check it out!!

AMAZAKE TOFU & MANGO STICKY RICE. It’s always ice cream weather!! ❄️ Amazake is a sweet Japanese drink made from fermented rice which can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic. We used the non-alcoholic version. It’s naturally sweet from fermentation and can be served hot or cold. We combined it with tofu to make things a little interesting 😉 But really we just missed our Silken Tofu ice cream so this flavor is a twist on it ☺️ We recommend getting the swirl!

Howdy y’all! We will have normal hours (2-8pm) on Friday… hopefully 😭 These flavors will be here next week until 2/1. LAVENDER EARL GREY. The last time we made an earl grey flavor was 2024! We’ve had several requests throughout 2025 for both earl grey and lavender so we think this is a good compromise 😄 A lot of people have been pleasantly surprised by how it tastes so try it out even if you’re not a huge earl grey fan 😇 Last weekend for these flavors!!
