๐ŸœLETโ€™S ENJOY RAMEN๐Ÿœ

We love ramen! And we hope you do, too. Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya brings Japanese-style ramen to DFW foodies in Plano, Texas.

โ€œTo provide a full Japanese experience, we fly our designer in from Japan to create every one of our American outlets,โ€ Kizuki writes on its official site. โ€œWe pay attention to every detail of the customer experience โ€” from an open kitchen concept that evokes the atmosphere of a time-honored Japanese ramen shop, caring service reminiscent of Japanese hospitality, to even small details like mouthwash in the restrooms, we go the extra mile to ensure our customers are well taken care of in their dining experience from start to finish.โ€

When we prepare our tonkotsu broth, we roasted pork bone in the oven for hours before boiling. This process not only removes excess gamey impurities and oil from the bones, but also increases the aroma of the bones, which blends into our ramen soup. The roasting-and-boiling is an exclusive method of making broth of Kizuki.
