Soooo…we had plans to introduce a SECOND smash burger today, but you guys had other plans for us! 😂🍔

We had a line forming before 11 AM, so needless to say, we didn’t get a chance to add it to the specials board!

BUT since we already had all the ingredients, we decided to play around with it at the end of the day.

And yeahhhh…this one’s a keeper! 🤤🔥

It’ll definitely be making its way onto the specials board in the next week or two!

Now the real question is…who wants to be our official taste tester?! 👀🍔

Rico’s has been keeping us on our toes lately! 😅

Between lugging around a backup generator for a month, a fridge that decided to give us trouble a couple weeks ago, and now the hood vent acting up this week…we’re hoping we’ve finally caught a break!

Thankfully, my handy dandy brother has been able to get most of these things up and running again! We’ve managed to stay open through most of the chaos, but had to cut back a few days this week.

Fingers crossed Rico’s behaves for a while! 🤞😂
