Dear MI Grounds family,
This is one of the hardest messages I've ever had to write.
After nearly three years, I've made the incredibly difficult decision to close the doors of MI Grounds Play Cafe & Eatery.
This place has been so much more than a business to me. It has been a gathering place where friendships formed, little ones played, birthdays were celebrated, conversations were shared over coffee, and so many memories were made. Watching your families grow has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.
To every customer who walked through our doors, every child who laughed in our play area, every employee who helped build this place, and every person who supported this dream, THANK YOU. Your kindness, encouragement, and loyalty have meant more than I can ever put into words.
This decision was not made lightly, but it is the right one for this season. While this chapter is coming to a close, I am choosing to be grateful for everything MI Grounds has been and for everyone who made it possible.
Over the coming days, we'll be serving some of our most-loved menu items one last time while supplies last. I hope you'll stop in, share a memory, and let us thank you in person.
Gift cards will continue to be acknowledged during our final days and I will post more on that soon.
